Monthly Installations Breaks Through 3GWh for the First Time, SVOLT Continues to Rank Fifth in Domestic Power Battery Installations for Three Consecutive Months

On January 13, 2025, the China Automotive Battery Innovation Alliance unveiled its latest data.

In December 2024, SVOLT achieved 3.15 GWh in domestic power battery installations, achieved a breakthrough of 3 GWh in a month, marking a 108.61% year-over-year increase and raising its market share to 4.18%, securing the 5th place in the domestic market for three consecutive months.

The battery installations of domestic PHEV passenger vehicles in December reached 1.37 GWh, keeping SVOLT securing the third place nationwide once again. For the full year of 2024, SVOLT’s cumulative domestic power battery installations reached 17.36 GWh.

Behind these steadily rising numbers, it reflects the market’s growing trust and confidence in SVOLT, and SVOLT’s sustained commitment to technology development and product innovation.

Throughout 2024, SVOLT supported a range of hit models across both BEV and PHEV segments, including the Leapmotor C10 and the Geely Galaxy L6. Meanwhile, SVOLT officially announced to make its entry into the off-road segment, with batteries successfully deployed in vehicles such as the Tank 500 Hi4-Z and the Haval Xiaolong MAX.

Notably, as the industry-first off-road dedicated battery, the 59 kWh high-capacity off-road hybrid battery used in the Tank 500 Hi4-Z highlights SVOLT’s leadership in technology innovation.

At the 5th SVOLT Battery Day, held on January 8, SVOLT showcased its comprehensive achievements rooted in deep segment focus. SVOLT unveiled the world-largest 59 kWh, 800V off-road dedicated battery, the third-generation Short Blade Battery—Fengxing Short Blade Battery, Yuanlu commercial-vehicle battery, and commercial vehicle hybrid battery. SVOLT also announced that its stacking technology Version 3.5 is expected to enter mass production in Q3 2025, drawing strong industry attention and anticipation.

More recently, SVOLT reached another major milestone as its one-millionth battery pack rolloff—an achievement that further underscores SVOLT’s delivery strength and outstanding competitiveness.
