SVOLT has taken the lead in building the first vehicle-grade AI smart power battery factory in the industry in Jintan, Jiangsu, setting strict standards for the production and manufacturing of power batteries.

SVOLT innovatively applied high-speed stacking process to the field of square hard-can batteries worldwide, produced and launched square stacking ternary batteries. It has pioneered and led the power battery industry into a stacking era.

By blending a certain proportion of NCM materials with LFMP can a balance between safety, performance, cost, and manufacturability be achieved.

Through cation doping, single crystal technology, and nano network coating, SVOLT has greatly addressed the major issues that restrict the development of cobalt-free batteries, such as mixed discharge of nickel lithium ion and cycle life of cobalt-free layered materials.

An innovative prismatic cell bottom discharge explosion-proof valve design is adopted for the cell, and the system level is designed with an advanced "thermal - electrical separation" method. The double-sided cooling design is used to enhance heat exchange capacity and the design of high-strength steel and elastic support is combined in terms of structure. Safety performance can be ensured by multiple designs.

Strategic cooperation is made with Huawei, Tsinghua University, and CAERI to build the world's leading brand in intelligent battery monitoring and analysis. Machine learning and AI technology are adopted to monitor and statistically analyze the battery based on its full life cycle data.
