The stacking technology is as a “precision surgery,” it leverages thermal composite and intelligent vision inspection to improve consistency between electrodes and separators, fundamentally reducing failure risks caused by wrinkling and uneven stress distribution, and significantly raising the baseline for cell safety. Paired with a dual-sided liquid-cooling design, short blade cells simplify PACK structure and improve thermal management efficiency, boosting overall output power by approximately 10% and supporting a cycle life of up to 20 years, bring better cost performance and lower total lifecycle cost for customers.
