SVOLT Launches Short Blade 3.0 and Hybrid Solid-Liquid 6C Batteries, Advancing Mass Production and Global Energy Innovation

July 16th, at the 2026 SVOLT Global Partner Summit, SVOLT unveiled a new generation of battery technologies and products across EV, energy storage, and emerging mobility applications—demonstrating our commitment to turning innovation into scalable commercial solutions.

EV Battery

We launched the SVOLT Short Blade Battery 3.0, delivering up to 10C ultra-fast charging and making rapid charging more accessible for mainstream EVs. We also introduced our first mass-production-ready Hybrid Solid-Liquid 6C Fast-Charging Cell, combining long range, enhanced safety, and high-power charging performance, with mass production scheduled for 2027.

Energy Storage

SVOLT unveiled upgraded full-senario solutions covering residential, C&I, utility-scale, data center, and UPS applications. New products include stacked-cell residential storage batteries, a 285kWh C&I energy storage system, a 6.29MWh utility-scale battery container, and hybrid solid-liquid batteries designed for AI data center backup power. We also showcased our sodium-ion technology roadmap for future large-scale energy storage deployments.

Emerging Mobility

For the low-altitude economy, we introduced a hybrid solid-liquid eVTOL battery with an energy density of 340Wh/kg. In light electric mobility, we expanded our portfolio with LFP cell solutions covering high-performance e-motorcycles and battery-swapping applications.

In manufacturing, we announced that Fly-Stacking 4.0 will enter mass production this year. Featuring the world's first 16-sheet simultaneous stacking technology, it doubles stacking efficiency and further strengthens SVOLT's ability to scale advanced battery technologies globally.

Together with our partners, SVOLT is accelerating the future of clean energy through innovation, commercialization, and manufacturing excellence.
